NEW CLIENT - POLICY

By agreeing to ALL of the 'Terms & Conditions' I am fully aware to the best of my knowledge of what is explained to Me:

Scheduling: This is just a 'Free Consultation' provided by (SouthernPath LLC), at anytime my appointment may be subject to 'Cancelation' or 'Rescheduling'.

This is not an official appointment to receive our services - It is strictly only a Consultation that is required for ALL new clientele to SouthernPath.

Visits: By agreeing, You are aware that our team members may request a home/business visit to "Inspect - Repair - Estimate - Work on - Provide Requested Service".

Pricing/Estimates: ALL estimates are not the same and will vary case-by-case for included factors such as (Location, Material, Labor, Service Type, Difficulty, Priority, Discounts, Recurring Customers) and any other factor that may not be included within these terms of conditions, for all Current or New Clients

Price/Estimate Changes: I understand that the prices given to me are just "Estimates" and are not an official/final price and may be subject to changes by decreasing or increasing - For any additional service that is not briefed beforehand or is requested with a pre-existing contract from a previous agreed-upon project/service will require a new contract with additional fees that were not included in the previous contract or may be denied completely

Cancellation: I may incur additional fees added to my estimate/final price for multiple cancellations on ‘consultation visits’ - 'scheduled services’ - ‘scheduled calls’ or any other factors that may impede our teams members to perform/complete their job for resquested services from You - But is limited to factors such as ‘weather’ or anything that may be out of you control.

Help: For any and all concerns regarding anything affiliated with (SouthernPath LLC) for example- invoices, pricing, team-members, inconveniences, material, job status, billing, promotion discounts, or any other thing not mentioned - You have the right to gives us a call or send us a message/email to (954-673-5621) or (Admin@SouthernPath.org) and our consultant or anyone else pertaining to (SouthernPath LLC) will gladly assist you if you cannot be properly assisted.

Policy Change: Our 'Terms & Conditions' may be (changed, updated or removed) and You may be asked to agree again to our updated 'Terms & Conditions' . You FULLY UNDERSTAND that these changes will apply to you once in effect and/or been approved to be updated without having to check out the "agree" forum for the (Terms & Condition) - You have a full right to read out Terms & Conditions on our website at (SouthernPath.org/policies) to be fully informed for any questions or concerns.

Promotions/Discounts: These type of incentives may be temporary or removed, and its determination of any decision made will also be applied for you - In simpler form, you’ll loose rights to these incentives when they are no longer valid or discontinued. (Some exceptions may be made for certain clients)
