  • Depending on the Size and Complexity of the construction project, it'll typically take around 1-4 Days for its completion. The most time ever spent on an extremely big project was around 1-2 weeks.

    We'll let you know ahead of time if any delays are to be expected.

  • Depending on the type of vegetation it is, you'll most likely encounter problems if there is any type of vegetation 8 Feet or less within the paver-patio itself. There are ways to come around this but it is up to the owner's discretion to do so.

    You can permanently solve this issue by blocking the path-way for any roots growing underneath the ground by obstructing the pathway with concrete or anything that can hold resistance to do so. The second solution would be the relocation of any vegetation that may cause problems in the future.

    Other solutions can be with constant repairs, the time frame for reoccurring repairs can vary case-by-case, depending on how often the discrepancies reappear - The type of vegetation it is - The severity of the discrepancies.

  • From the original date of your newly constructed project, you'll have 1 Year of free coverage for any repairs that may be required to resolve any unforseen discrepancies within the constructed project.

    1-2 Months of free coverage will be provided for any paid repairs made after the initial (1-year free coverage) period - This also applies to any finished projects that were not constructed by (SouthernPath LLC) but contracted us for the sole purpose to repair any discrepancies.

  • It's is suggested to clean your pavers/bricks/concrete slab with a chemically balanced liquid solution every 8-12 Months to maintain its integrity and durability.

    Although, this may vary case-by-case for various reasons, for factors such as (high-traffic areas) - (Environmental Elements) - (Low Sun Light Contact) and any other factor that causes faster build up than usual. It is safe and common to wash your Pavers/Bricks/Concrete slab multiple times per year using a mild, chemically balanced solution to prevent premature degradation.

  • We have a point system in place for you to redeem for any service you may want to receive from us or discounts for future projects you may have in mind. This will apply to you for every customer you refer to (SouthernPath LLC) for any service they're looking for.

  • We will organize and leave any extra material you might need in the future at the location you specify for any new projects or repairs required from mishaps.
