Current Client - Policy
By agreeing to ALL of the 'Terms & Conditions' I am fully aware to the best of my knowledge of what is explained to Me:
Scheduling: Services provided by (SouthernPath LLC) may be subject to 'Cancelation' or 'Rescheduling' at anytime, with no costs attached.
Subscription: As a current client of (SouthernPath LLC) you have the right to cancel or upgrade to a more premium plan at anytime, the services provided are not part of any subscription and are solely based on individual need and specifications to the service provided - these plans are categorized into “Basic” - ”Intermediate” - ”Premium” and may reduce the price of any estimates given to you before the commencement of any service requested. By using these subscription, any payment method information that was input by you will be securely stored and charged Monthly based on the type of subscription and maybe subject to termination by us or can be canceled by you at any time.
Visits: By agreeing, You are aware that our team members may request a home/business visit to "Inspect - Repair - Estimate - Work on - Provide Requested Service". And will not be held responsible for any misunderstanding on your end for unauthorized entry of any type - our team members will enter your property with you being physically present or not physically present unless the point of entry is secured and locked, (SouthernPath LLC) will always ask for permission for entry and may request specific instructions for entry.
Price/Estimate Changes: I understand that the prices given to me may be subject to changes by decreasing or increasing, regardless of any subscriptions you’re enrolled with.
Cancellation: I may incur additional fees and may be added to my estimate/final price for multiple cancellations.
Help: For any and all concerns regarding anything affiliated with (SouthernPath LLC) for example- invoices, pricing, team-members, inconveniences, material, job status, billing, promotion discounts, or any other thing not mentioned - You have the right to gives a call or send us a message/email to (954-673-5621) or (Admin@SouthernPath.org) and our team members will gladly assist you if you cannot be assisted in person.
